Reaction Course · Early access
Navigate the messy middle without losing your credibility.
You were promoted because you were good at the work. Nobody taught you how to lead people. Now you are managing a team, answering to a boss, and negotiating with peers, all at once, and every mistake is public.
This is not a course. It is a flight simulator. You make real calls under a real clock, and a coach shows you the pattern in how you lead when the pressure is on.
Free during early access. $99 per level at launch.
How it works
Perform under pressure. Then reflect. That loop is the whole product.
01
Face a real moment
Two or three sentences drop you into a situation every manager knows: the public miss, the impossible ask, the credit grab. The clock starts. You type the words you would actually say out loud.
02
Get read by a coach
The coach reads what you actually wrote, not what you meant. You get at most six bullets: the role you played, the pattern in your own words, one thing you got right, and one Monday move.
03
See your pattern, then break it
After four scenarios you get the pattern you run under pressure, a role map, and your top three goals. Then the tune-up: four new scenarios to prove the coaching landed.
The debrief
Half a page. Ninety seconds to read. Built to act on.
Everyone else ships forty-page reports nobody reads. You get the one thing that matters, in your own words, with something to do about it Monday morning.
Scenario one: the difficult peer
- 1.
You played Helper, not Leader. You softened the message to keep the peace, and the core issue never got named.
- 2.
You skipped the ask. You described the problem but never stated what you needed to change.
- 3.
Your instinct to protect the relationship was right. Do not lose that. Pair it with directness.
- 4.
Monday move. One conversation. Name the issue in the first sentence, then ask one open question and listen.
Why "Reaction Course"
The name is literal. The Leadership Reaction Course is how the Marine Corps teaches officers to lead: timed problems, not enough resources, real consequences, and a debrief that tells the truth.
Built by a Fortune 500 executive coach and former US Marine Corps officer, on twenty years of leadership methodology grounded in servant-leadership doctrine taught since 1948, and read by a frontier AI aligned to that curriculum. This is the digital version.
